THE CHALLENGE

Student Needs Don't Always Fit Within Existing Tutoring Resources.

Colleges and universities work hard to provide accessible academic support, but specialized STEM courses can present unique challenges. Demand fluctuates throughout the semester, qualified tutors can be difficult to recruit, and students may need assistance outside traditional tutoring center hours.

Adonai Science Learning helps institutions bridge these gaps by providing an additional source of specialized, flexible science support.

High Demand Periods

Tutoring requests often increase around major exams, creating periods when available appointments may be limited.

Scheduling Limitations

Students balancing coursework, employment, and other responsibilities may need support beyond traditional campus hours.

Difficult to Staff Subjects

Upper-level biology, chemistry, biochemistry, and pre-health courses may require tutors with advanced subject knowledge.

Staffing Constraints

Expanding tutoring coverage can require additional recruiting, training, scheduling, and administrative resources.

PARTNERSHIP MODELS

Institution Sponsored

Colleges provide funding for eligible students to receive tutoring through Adonai. Support can be structured around specific courses, student populations, or a predetermined number of sessions.

Potential fit: Colleges looking to expand tutoring coverage without adding permanent staff.

Student Referral

Campus academic support offices refer students to Adonai when their internal services lack availability or subject-specific coverage. Students purchase their own sessions unless another funding arrangement is established.

Potential fit: Institutions seeking an additional trusted tutoring referral option.

Targeted Support Programs

Adonai works with institutions to develop focused initiatives such as exam preparation workshops, supplemental review sessions, or academic coaching for selected groups of students.

Potential fit: Programs addressing specific courses, academic milestones, or periods of high demand.

WHY PARTNER WITH ADONAI?

Built by Science Educators. Focused on Student Success.

Adonai Science Learning is an independent science education organization dedicated to helping students succeed in challenging STEM coursework.

Founded by an Ohio State University graduate and current master's student in Immunology & Microbial Pathogenesis, Adonai combines subject-specific academic support with practical strategies for improving how students learn, study, and prepare for exams.

Our approach emphasizes more than simply helping students complete assignments. We aim to strengthen scientific understanding, develop independent learning skills, and build the confidence students need throughout their academic careers.

Our goal is to serve as a reliable extension of the academic support services colleges and universities already provide.
