Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Adonai Science Learning values both our students’ time and the time our tutors reserve for each session. To keep scheduling fair and consistent, the following cancellation policy applies to all tutoring and academic coaching appointments.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Students may cancel or reschedule a session at no charge when notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

For students who booked an individual session, cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled session rate.

Package Student Courtesy Late Change

Students using a tutoring or academic coaching package receive one courtesy late cancellation or rescheduling request per package when notice is provided less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

The first late change will not result in a session being deducted from the package.

After the courtesy late change has been used, any additional cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in one full session being deducted from the student's package.

Courtesy late changes do not roll over to future packages.

No-Shows

A student will be considered a no-show if they do not attend their scheduled session and have not contacted Adonai Science Learning or their tutor.

Tutors will remain available for 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. If the student has not joined or contacted the tutor within that time, the appointment may be considered a no-show.

Students who booked an individual session will be charged 100% of the scheduled session rate for a no-show.

For package students, one full session will be deducted from the student's package for each no-show. A no-show does not count as the student's courtesy late change.

Late Arrivals

Students who arrive late may still participate in the remainder of their scheduled appointment. The session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

The full scheduled session rate will apply, or one full session will be deducted from the student's package.

Emergencies and Exceptional Circumstances

Adonai Science Learning understands that emergencies and unexpected circumstances occur. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Adonai Science Learning.

Students should contact Adonai Science Learning as soon as possible when an emergency prevents them from attending.

Tutor Cancellations

If an Adonai Science Learning tutor must cancel a session, the student will not be charged and no session will be deducted from a package.

Adonai Science Learning will work with the student to reschedule the appointment.

By scheduling an appointment with Adonai Science Learning, the student acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation and no-show policy.
